Tiffany is a seasoned educator, Instructional Technology Specialist, Microsoft Master Trainer and Expert, Online Content Developer, Accessibility & Inclusion Consultant, Workshop Facilitator, Online Instructor, and veteran homeschooling mom and consultant.

With over 25 years of experience in education and technology, Tiffany has taught learners at every level—from elementary to college—and has trained more than 30,000 educators across the U.S. and abroad. She’s a trusted speaker and presenter at both local and national conferences.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, a Master of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Instructional Technology, and an Administration & Supervision Certificate from the Maryland State Department of Education. She also carries multiple certifications in Microsoft Office and other educational technologies.

​

As an instructional trainer, Tiffany has partnered with schools and districts to lead successful technology integration and Microsoft adoption initiatives. Her work includes crafting strategic implementation and training plans tailored to the needs of educators and learners.

​

She is also a certified Quality Matters online course reviewer and has developed online and hybrid learning content for a diverse range of institutions—including K–12 schools, universities, and correctional facilities. Her courses meet national quality standards and reflect her commitment to inclusive, engaging, and effective instruction.

Outside the classroom, Tiffany is a joyful wife and homeschooling mother of three. She’s passionate about empowering educators, supporting homeschool families, and championing diversity, inclusion, and differentiated instruction. When she’s not teaching or training, you’ll find her reading, traveling, or crafting her next innovative workshop.
